Managing Your Profile Settings

Introduction

Your profile settings let you customize how your account appears across Falix. This guide covers changing your username, profile picture, pronouns, and other preferences.

Change Your Username

1. Navigate to Profile Settings.
2. Find the Change Username section.
3. Enter your new username.
4. Confirm the change in the modal that appears.

Username requirements:

• 3–20 characters
• Lowercase letters and numbers only
• Must be unique

You can only change your username once every 30 days. If you’ve changed it recently, you’ll see a notice showing when you can change it again.

Change Your Profile Picture

1. Navigate to Profile Settings.
2. Click on your current avatar or the Upload Avatar button.
3. Drag and drop an image or click to browse your files.
4. Preview your new avatar, then confirm the upload.

Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, APNG

Maximum file size is 5 MB. Animated GIFs and APNGs are supported.

Set Your Pronouns

1. Navigate to Profile Settings.
2. Find the Pronouns dropdown.
3. Select from the available options:
   • he/him
   • she/her
   • they/them
   • he/they
   • she/they
   • any/all
   • Other (enter custom pronouns, up to 30 characters)

Other Settings

External Server Start

Controls whether your servers can be started from external start page. Toggle this on or off from the settings page.

Crash Notifications

Enable or disable notifications when your server crashes or restarts unexpectedly. Toggle this on or off from the settings page.

Link Discord Account

Connect your Discord account to your Falix profile:

1. Navigate to Profile Settings.
2. Find the Discord card.
3. Click Link Discord Account and authorize the connection.

To unlink, click Unlink on the same card.
